The National Diabetes Prevention Program is founded on the basis of the science of research studies, which showed that making modest behavioral changes helped people with prediabetes lose 5% to 7% of their body weight and reduced their risk of developing type 2 diabetes by 58% (71% for people over 60 years old).
We offer the Diabetes Prevention Program in the following platforms: in-person group, distance learning group, online group, or combination group.
